个人简介
  陈小莉,博士,三级教授,硕士生导师。宝钢优秀教师,陕西省师德标兵,国家级一流专业(化学)建设点负责人,延安市三八红旗手和延安市优秀党务工作者,延安大学教学名师,延安大学最受学生欢迎教师。主要从事功能配合物的设计合成及性质研究,主持完成国家自然科学基金两项,陕西省科技厅等各级项目十余项。在国际权威期刊发表学术论文50余篇,其中在SCI源期刊40余篇,出版教材一部。荣获陕西省自然科学优秀论文奖两项;延安市科学技术奖两项。主讲的《无机化学》课程获批陕西省一流课程。工作中始终坚持把立德树人、为国育才作为工作的出发点和落脚点,在教育改革、专业建设、学科发展和培养学生等工作中形成了自己的独特理念和风格,多次受到表彰。

1.新型光功能微孔稀土金属配位聚合物定向合成的量热学研究(21763028),国家自然科学基金地区项目,38万,主持完成,2018年1月-2021年12月。
2.稀土-d10过渡异金属光功能配合物的设计构筑、结构调控及其近红外发光”(21101133),国家自然科学基金地区项目,38万,主持完成,2012年1月-2014年12月。
3.提升土壤肥效的环保高效金属配合物型脲酶抑制剂的合成及机理研究(2022NY-071),陕西省科技厅重点研发计划一般项目,8万,主持完成,2022年1月-2023年12月。
